When you browse: this website has no sign-up and does not store what you type into it. As with any website, the server that hosts it may log technical access data such as IP address, browser and pages visited.

When you ask for a quote: the dates, number of guests, children's ages and promo code you enter in the form are sent to the hotel's booking system, which opens in a new page.

When you contact us: when you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram, we receive your name, contact details and the content of your message.

When you stay with us: the identification and contact details required for guest registration, booking and payment details and, when you share them, preferences and special needs.

We process data to perform a contract and the steps before it (quotes and bookings), to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, on the basis of legitimate interest (safety and better service) and, where needed, with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We do not sell personal data. We only share what is needed with those who help us provide the service, or when the law requires it.

Booking system (Artaxnet): receives quote and booking details.

WhatsApp (Meta), Instagram and email: messaging channels, each with its own privacy policy.

Google Maps: the map on the contact page is loaded from Google.

Public authorities: when there is a legal obligation or a court order.

Some of these services may store data outside Brazil, under the safeguards set out in the LGPD.

This website does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services embedded in or reached from it, such as the Google map and the booking system, may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by law, such as guest registration and tax records. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
